Techies are getting a glimpse at how other employees have always been treated all along, and they don't like it.

Maybe they'll start unionising more, back in the days as long as they had a coffee and a chair they never complained...

AI psychosis is real, coupled with the fact that most execs are sociopaths to being with, that's not a good combo

> we'll see more and more regional chaos that grows into trade disruptions and wars

Every accusation is a confession, as they say. How can you say this with a straight face given the current situation in Iran lol? They keep pulling the same shit and NPCs keep licking the boots, it's insane...

> Trains take a long time to stop even at moderate commuter train speeds because they are so heavy

Mostly because metal wheels to metal rails contact offer very poor friction

There is a reason these people are paid good money for "responsible positions", they should be "responsible"... It shouldn't even matter why or who fucked up, you take the minister of transport, who's part of two major fuck ups by now, you fire him, make him ineligible to any kind of responsible position, and put him in house arrest for a year or two. That's like the whole fucking principle behind responsible positions. It seems like today it just means you have to go public every now and then to say "I claim full responsibility for the events" and just moves on as if you didn't kill 50+ people

When I sat in the back of a model 3 I thought it was a joke at first, I've never sat so low in a car, my knees were above my hips, comfort was subpar.

The thing about legality is that you kinda get to chose. In your case the companies' interests weight more than the people's interest.

For example in the US it's totally legal to spy on your employees with key loggers &co, in most of Europe it isn't
