Stripe and offshore companies with bank accounts outside of the States

I wanted to create a Stripe account for my offshore company in the States (I live in Europe), the problem was my bank account assigned to this company is located outside the States (it's legal) and I wasn't able to create a Stripe account. I'm running my company 3 years and never had problem with any other payment processor. Stripe couldn't answer why I cannot do that except for the vague explanations. I came here so maybe someone reasonable will hear my voice and help me out with this "impossible" situation?
