Ask HN: What is the future of the programmer?

To clarify more the question: How do you see the programmer in the future? Some people are talking about scientific programmer. This seems like a trend now. But is is the only perspective? For example I'm thinking what will a programmer do in a world where there are a lot of AIs and some of them are writing code already? Or what does a programmer need to know/to be in order to program AIs?
