Sorry this has happened, that's not good at all. I know that a lot of effort goes into getting in touch with us (or anyone else). There was a time when I was personally handling all the hiring, and I struggled to get back to everyone on top of everything else I was doing. We have a much better hiring process now and we've committed to responding to every email. Sorry again that you had a bad experience here.
