Re #1 – at the rate the NSA is reported to be archiving data, do you _really_ think logging every single keystroke that every employee/contractor with any elevated privileges at all ever types would be even vaguely a problem? TB-sized logfiles and processes to datamine them are surely interview tasks or intern familiarisation exercises at their scale?
