I honestly don't see how "parallel construction" isn't considered "fruit of the poisoned tree" in considering evidence.
This whole "SOD" thing explains how minor traffic infringements end up as major drug busts so often. Perhaps it also explains why possession of kiddy porn is so often among the auxilliary charges on major criminals.
