Or 3-star reviews that say the app is PERFECT, they love it, but it needs feature X (assuring you that they'll bump up their reviews to 5 star when you add the said feature).
At times like that, I'm sure you'd rather you worked for some giant corporation and didn't have to deal with customers directly.
