Absolutely, but Balkan is a weird place, you have to remember that in Yugoslavia, whatever people might say about it, people still lived together for over 40 years even though they all wanted to kill each other afterwards. So miracles can happen on Balkan, but it doesn’t need to be the one you hope for.
In my opinion this is a great experiment. And if it acutely works, surrounding countries will not be happy as it will give their people a good role model so new Serbian government might have extra pressure from the outside that they might not have had in the past.
At least it will be interesting few years in Balkan in any case, at least for us here.
