What’s worse is that President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho hired literally the smartest man on the planet to fix their crop problem.

So in a way, he was a more effective president than Trump. He was smart enough to know he wasn’t the smartest person in the room.

What we have now is, in a way, worse than idiocracy: we have kakistocracy.
