It's like a cease-and-desist letter except that any competitor can send it to you for very minuscule and ridiculous reasons (such as not listing your phone number on your website) and you have to pay the sender's legal costs when you receive it. (It's expensive!) Will we see those sent automatically at scale to businesses?
