Regulate the industries to prevent anticompetitive practices, and hold companies and individuals responsible for the consequences of their actions. I honestly don't see the need for many, if any, AI-specific regulations if the laws we already have are consistently enforced and AI "agency" is not accepted as a means to limit liability.
