Yep that’s right hahaha - SF is by far the cheapest place to live in America if you play it right given just how much free money is being tossed around everywhere.
Yeah - I probably would have filed for bankruptcy in her shoes but she doesn’t believe in not paying off debts I guess - she’s maintained a stellar near perfect credit score her entire life and I think the fact of having filed bankruptcy would have shamed her forever
