I moved here when rocks were young because my (soon to be ex) wife moved here with my son. Since then, I have grown to love being near the ocean - about 5 minutes, and I also love the being able to grow things all year long. Admittedly, part of the reason I stay is inertia, once I have a nice rut, i tend to furnish it.
