Absurdity. Advertising claims become legally binding, and we multiply "offenses" by distribution.

Let's apply that throughout the economy. All companies are now bankrupt. All stocks are liquidated and the remaining value (such that it is) is now distributed to lawyers and some to the people.

We've lost our minds.
