Personally I'll never book an airbnb again after the 21-page binder of rules and tasks we got at a ski house airbnb that legit had 3.5 hours of chores for the checkout process. It was everything from turn off the individual water lines to all four toilets (I guess so they wouldn't freeze) to do a full load of laundry, wash and dry and put away towels, vacuum, change and put on fresh sheets, shovel the side walks and driveway, take in the mail, clean the inside of the fireplace, put chemical shock in the hot tub. We tried our best and still go dinged because the hot tub cover wasn't scrubbed well enough. We wiped it down!
