You arrive at the Airbnb. You look at the cleaning rules. If do the dishes is still on the house guide you complain to Airbnb support, get your money back, get a different Airbnb, probably comped, and the original Airbnb's host gets suspended until they prove they're not still doing that. Hosts that don't want to continue being hosts aren't affected, but then they can't continue the policy. Assuming that people contact Airbnb support, that is.
