NOO! Maybe there is one 5.x? You should get rid of these.
Version 1.0/2.0 is called 'WindowsPowershell' (powershell.exe), it's usually in your System32 for compatibility reason.
'PowerShell7' (pwsh.exe) is the modern one. It Imports most Modules/Scripts from the former, except for 3 Modules or so which are incompatible.
PS> Get-Help -Name 'InsertName' -Full
Shows the Help, can be Imported/Created via XML 4 New Modules
PS> Update-Help -UICulture en-US
Fetches & Installs Help Files in English
