To me, a Ukrainian, it looks like Ruzzia had invaded Ukraine quite successfully and continues doing so. What exactly would prevent Ruzzian army from invading Finland if they would wish to do it? Say for example a battle group takes a Koitsanlahti city and stops there, the official explanation is that they are protecting some pink ponies... ahem... locals over there. Now what? Looks quite successful to me.
