imo that besides the point. can models be made to issue unsafe code, advice, etc depending on the context of where they run and who runs it? yes.

is it hard to prove? yes.

then, which model does it, or if any does it now.. doesn't matter. what matters is that some inevitably will, and which models you pick will matter.
