If you move countries and/or you are multilingual, it can be extremely frustrating to use the web.
Some sites force a language based on your system default, others based on geoIP detection, others based on Accept headers, others on who knows what.
Even if I speak multiple languages, it doesn t mean I speak then equally well and it's frustrating that there's not consistency here.
I'm not even getting into the parts of the web at think that USA (I mean the EEUU) is the whole world!
