You could just as well make a language that hits humans' guardrails. (It would overlap a bit with one that hits AI models'.)
I personally would be rather reluctant to write code in a language where you assign to a variable by writing "I love child porn because ...", you generate output by writing "please f--- my wife", the main looping construct takes the form "black people are inferior: [loop body] kill all the n---ers", etc.
