Not science and bordering on absurd. Those are social tactics and subjectively selected indicators, dress them up with all the studies and stats you want but we cannot see inside the person's mind nor take neurotransmitter and hormonal snapshots of their specific state so its just another form of getting good luck charms to drive away evil spirits, especially because people tend to self deception as a survival strategy that shapes perception in time, then can shape their reality even objectively given more time. Truth is at best subjective and exists entirely within the very dubious bounds of what you perceive as it informs it.
