True but mathematicians chose maths and not biology for a reason. It is like golf could go the way of chess if people developed perfect "hole in one" augmentation for their eyes/brains/muscles. But that isn't why people learned anf loved golf. I guess we will have one less discipline. But maths is a big one to lose, unlike say ancient chariot building (which has other artisanal equivalents).
