Everything is entitlement, of course. Videogames are not a necessity. But our parents could pass their music collection to their kids, and we want the same for ourselves with videogames.
Most indie games will have no problems with this either, so I am not concerned.
Clearly the market hasn't worked well for the consumer, so it's time to set laws.
