Classic HN low-effort first post that could be written from just the headline.

The real issue is not the damages, but:

> whether Arm's breach lets Qualcomm stop paying royalties under the ALA for five years, which, by some estimates, could be worth billions of dollars

Which is the next decision for the court. It is a clickbait headline, shame on the author too.
