Seriously, I would be interested in your setup files. Similarly to you, I bought a Beelink 16GB mini-pc last year for self-hosting immich, paperless-ngx and jellyfin. I tried to use podman, but couldn't figure out how to set the mentioned services up with it (on debian 13). I had no experience with it, not much time to tinker (two small kids) and installation manuals and tutorials usually focus on docker compose.
I guess with AI now it would be trivial, but I'd prefer getting a blueprint already known to work in practice and actually understand the why and how.
So please, write a blog post explaining the technical side of your setup.
