Anthropic has more powerful models internally. Why aren’t they laying off staff and stopping hiring?

You guys clearly don’t understand the difference between a) writing code b) building business operations

Please show me the few-man team that are killing it with llm’s writing most of the code - it doesn’t exist! It’s fantasy land stuff.
