why wouldn't it work on mobile? As you hover your finger over the screen, the finger's shadow doesn't generate any events for the buggy website to react to?
By the way, the hamburger shouldn't even be there as there is enough space to fit the full menu (and even the company name) at the viewport sizes I've checked
