This device is neither iPadOS nor iOS, it's a bit like that one iPod Nano generation with touch -- an amalgamation of iOS and extremely closed apps: it doesn't have an App Store, the multiple users extends to just Apple apps and data it pulls off your (nearby) iPhone, and the extent of its extensibility is streaming CarPlay interfaces for some audio & video apps.
