Perhaps mean it was made with intelligence. When do you think we will be able to create a single cell (not an artificial genome)? Start with a soup with whatever level of sophistication and coerce it to go into a single (minimal) cell (or whatever process that creates the first viable cell). That process is so complicated that it's difficult to understand how it would happen even with directed intelligence, it's hard to grasp how this happened accidentally.
