This is a nightmare scenario for those whose idea of alignment is to shut people up who dare to question prevalent narratives. Unaligned for who? It may be unaligned with evil people trying to conceal horrible truths or who detest the obscene innate human senses of justice, fairness, reason that permeate our outwardly linguistic expression.
