First you need to hire somebody who wants to do it. That costs more than $90 a month. Then they need to install whatever equipment is required to bridge the fridge controller to tailscale. Then finally you have a $90 a month cost.
I agree that corporate probably has the budget to do it properly. But the idea that the costs are just the monthly cost is Tailscale is laughable.
