Its okay for anything. I don't care if the pixels and vectors for a character or landscape in Skyrim was made by humans completely, by humans in heavy collaboration with AI or almost completely autonomous AI. For some art eg live music I would prefer a disclosure, but that's not because I hate the use of AI rather it is false marketing.
