Unless you have some multi-layered satire thing going, I take your post to mean that you disagree with removing disruptive kids from ordinary classrooms. Okay, but do you actually have a solution? Or do we simply accept that schools all become zoos? Your rant is uninteresting and people have been saying this stuff for my entire life.
If you're going to say nothing can be done, then okay, the people who want something better will just move to live with each other in a community where this kind of problem doesn't exist, and do everything they can to keep it from following them.
