It's extremely obvious to everyone else here that they were not talking about literal enterprise software. Perhaps they could have chosen different terminology, but the fact that you've clearly latched on to this relatively minor word choice as some kind of smoking gun says infinitely more about your perspective and motivations than it does about whether some guy is building big-to-him projects or Enterprise Projects.
