Genuine and good faith question: why can't you find intellectual community anywhere else?
A bit harsh, I know, but it seems like rather a waste if we consider ourselves software people and make that our whole. If AI has replaced the need for intellectual community in software, can't we just fulfill that same need elsewhere?
Why not join a book club, or find some other outlet which serves your intellectual curiosity? May this not turn out to be an opportunity?
