I guess oxide gets away with it because they have the podcast and lots of people know a lot about the company and are pretty sure they want to work there. It's like would you do a nine hour interview to find out if you can go on a date with some random person from a dating app, no, but would you spend 9 hours with someone that you see potential to be your future wife or husband when there's mutual interest?
