One thing I have never understood about ADHD is that it seems the diagnostic criteria for it are widely different depending on the country. It tends to be significantly over diagnosed in some countries and perhaps under diagnosed others. I always found this rather strange. It suggests there is quite a lot that we don’t know about these kinds of issues.
