Anyone in C suite would be most reliable to talk to about this- simply because the online department is federated differently everywhere and I can't be sure what the actual job titles the people in charge of listing items would have. Every medium to large thrift operation is undergoing data and process modernization or 'AI integration' right now, mostly driven top down from board or PE initiatives, so C suite is under pressure and looking to integrate any tech that could cut costs or save labor hours.
