Had big issues where in certain regions we started seeing 100+ ms latency from networking issues on their side. These were not "beta" regions or anything and it lasted long without anything on the status pages. That they apparently don't have automated monitoring for this made us move off the platform. I get that 99% of their revenue came from businesses who only hosted their data in US regions but if you're only going to properly support them, don't bother offering the others.
