What am I missing here? This looks like a basic chat that uses the same exact LLM technology that every software product already includes, not to mention just using ChatGPT/Anthropic/Gemini to answer the same things? There’s absolutely no way any of the underlying systems were modernized that are responsible for the massive headaches and delayed associated with routine tasks like adding members to benefits. The more I see the more I’m convinced these guys are all out of ideas.
