Right. The you (and I, elsewhere) are responding to about this obviously doesn't have any kids or meaningful interaction with their community.
There's nothing wrong with living that way, but their lack of perspective or understanding that most people don't get to decide what mode of communication a medium to large sized bureaucracy uses to inform its members/constituents about information it has to share is something.
