Ask HN: What would you include in an academic workshop on vibe coding?

I'm the resident AI librarian at a research university, and we've received a request to host a vibe coding workshop next month. I have several ideas of what to demo, but I wanted to ask the HN community what they might recommend to include. The format will be 3 hours including initial setup support, experimentation time, and a brief showcase at the end.

What kinds of tools, sites, workflows, articles, vibe-y code-y things etc., do you think folks at a research university might find useful to cover at such a workshop?
