Your website seems to conflate "Europe" with the EU.

Can you clarify, here and on the website, whether the data remains:

* in _EU member state_ sovereign territory

* in _European states'_ sovereign territory

* on the contentinent of Europe

or some combination of the above?

I am specifically wondering about:

* Out-of-Europe territories of European states.

* UK, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Serbia etc.
