Having stayed and worked in SK for 2 years I was just counting days to get out. The only reason I put up with the medieval way they treat employees and mindless over optimization of everthing, was the pay. It felt like I was living in a squid games episode. Any small thing going wrong would set off like a cascade of people yelling, threatening, ill treating each other.
I think its going to become a text book example of too much optimization leading to fragility.
