The missing piece in this stack: the agent spending its own money autonomously. Buying a domain requires a payment method — today that's a human credit card pre-provisioned somewhere. L402 (HTTP 402 + Lightning) was designed for exactly this: agent gets an invoice, pays in milliseconds, gets cryptographic proof. No card on file, no account.
