nice to see that there is some research being done in this field, it closely mirrors my own experience in trying to switch off. the point of embracing boredom seems the most valuable here – i often tend to scroll instinctively in order to not to be bored. oftentimes, some boredom helps me recover from whatever i got distracted from.
