Saw this on LinkedIn from https://www.linkedin.com/in/mads-bahrami-205a70a2/ who leads Quantum at Wolfram. " Who is this book for? It is written for anyone curious about learning quantum through the lens of discrete vector spaces, seasoned with a delightful touch of quantum computing. I have deliberately avoided delving into the nitty-gritty of mathematical formalism. Instead, my focus is on computation itself, on doing the work, even when the underlying mathematics is complex and hidden behind the scenes. As I mentioned in the abstract, I believe one of the most important steps in learning quantum theory (an abstract and often intimidating subject at first encounter) is to learn by doing the computations."
