We had some bugs initially but released some fixes to make the experience better afterwards.
If you try again - it should work just fine.
If it does not, you can always contact [email protected] and we'll get it fixed asap.
As for the credit-card number, the form should not ask you for a card. It will ask you for your name and address for tax purposes, should you continue the trial afterwards but it will not ask for your card number.
We've had some other people mistake this form for a card form as well.
(and if it somehow is, then definitely contact support with screenshots because that is not expected)
