BestGuess obtains CPU time measurements with little overhead, analyzes the distribution of run times, and ranks them with nonparametric stats. The tool shows you when your results do not follow a normal distribution, which is almost always. The ranking technique avoids mean and standard deviation in favor of statistics that work on such distributions. The project is not at version 1.0 yet. Suggestions are welcome.
